Ken Kam is CEO and founder of Marketocracy and Portfolio Manager at Marketocracy Capital Management. With more than 15 years as a leader and innovator in the investment management industry, Ken was also CEO and co-founder of Firsthand Funds and co-portfolio manager of the Technology Value Fund which was the #1 fund in the country for its first three and five years. Ken co-founded Novoste Corporation, a medical products company he successfully sold to Boston Scientific. He received his MBA degree from Stanford Business School and graduated magna cum laude, in Finance from Santa Clara University.


Mark Taguchi is the President of Marketocracy Data Services LLC whose mission is to deliver actionable investment research that enables registered investment advisor and institutional partners to consistently beat the market. Mark recruits and tracks the largest farm system of investing talent in the world and manages teams through a "moneyball" approach to investing to meet specific client needs.

Prior to Marketocracy, Mark was the founding trustee for the Firsthand Funds family of mutual funds and the Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Software.com which merged with Phone.com, combining two internet infrastructure pioneers to become Openwave Systems, Inc. Prior to Software.com, he headed the ISP Solutions Group at Silicon Graphics, Inc., was at Marakon Associates, a strategic management consulting firm and Security Pacific Bank, now part of Bank America. Mark has a BS in Engineering from Stanford University and a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Bob McCarthy, Sr. is a successful entrepreneur and businessman from Fort Worth Texas. He joined Marketocracy, Inc. as president in 2009. He brings a depth of leadership skills and years of business management expertise. Bob has four successful start-ups in construction and retail and current serves as director of two privately held firms.

Stan Craig has a long leadership tradition at Merrill Lynch Private client, from 1974 as a financial advisor to his retirement as senior vice president and director of The Office of Investment Performance, Stan Craig has significant Wall Street experience in product creation, investment management, sales and marketing and client relationships as well as in-depth knowledge of investment performance. Stan is the chief marketing officer for Marketocracy capital management. Stan popularized the widely known Dow 10 investment strategy.
